Jayesh Enterprises introduces TIECO brand thread gauges. We manufacture the following type of Thread Gauges – ISO metric, Unified, Taper (Formally NPT and BSPT), BSW-BSF, B.S. Cycle, B.A. screw , G series (Formally BSPF) and Trapezoidal thread gauges. All our thread gauges are available in both plug and ring types from a diameter of 1.6 - 200mm. The gauges are produced from high quality tool steel and fully stablised i.e. sub-zeroed to improve the life and accuracy of the gauge. We currently have 1 Reishauer external grinder, 1 Excello external grinder and 3 Excello internal grinders.
Acme, Trapezoidal, Square, Mod, Lowenhertz, Single and Multi-start gauges can be manufactured on request.
The thread gauges are made to national and international standards such as ANSI, BS, IS, etc and tested in our laboratory to NPL and NABL standards. This reinforces our focus on quality in all the gauges we manufacture.
